Punit Kedia

Punit Kedia is a Partner in M Gopal & Co and is responsible for handling Audit, Assurance and related services of the Firm.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Madras (India), is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). In addition to being a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he also holds the Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI.

He has over 15 years of experience in consulting and Corporates, with his last stint having been with Siva Group and with PKF Sridhar & Santhanam prior to Siva Group.

He carries rich experience in Audit and Assurance Functions under various GAAPs, Internal Audits, Implementation of Internal Financial Controls (IFC) / SOX, Management Audits and Consultancy services.

He has been a regular speaker at various professional forums and educational institutions including C & AG, Vellore Institute of Technology and Shashun College for Women.

He is also an Adjunct faculty - Shiv Nadar University, Chennai (Commercial Law)

He has held training programmes and presented papers on Accounting & Finance for Banking & Financial Institutions, Corporates and at various other Forums.

He also handles classes for CA final/ CA Inter and Foundation candidates on Corporate and other Economic Laws.
